- Assist with projects/instructions, dealing with clients and candidates, following a proven step-by-step procedures guide and operating the company’s bespoke CRM system.
- Identify, liaise with and interview candidates.
- Upload latest vacancies on to the company’s website, partner job-boards and social media platforms.
- Attend and contribute to regular team meetings and assignment reviews etc.
- Represent the firm at corporate events, entertainment functions and ‘open-days’ etc.
The Ideal Candidate:
- A bright and purposeful individual with ideally a relevant marketing-related degree such as business studies, marketing, communications, economics, PR or digital media. Applicants with other qualifications such as social studies or English will also be considered on merit.
- Ideally – but not necessarily – prior recruitment consultancy experience.
- Well-organised, process-driven, highly professional and client-facing, with a cool temperament and the ability to multi-task under pressure.
- Dynamic, energetic and self-starting, possessing excellent interpersonal skills, written and verbal.
- Able to demonstrate a basic knowledge of the ‘business landscape’ of northwest England – i.e. the regional map, the main sectors/industries and travel distances etc
This a superb career stepping-stone opportunity for a motivated and ambitious individual. Full mentoring is provided. Support funding for P/T vocational marketing qualifications is also a possibility, if desired and appropriate.
The role is office-based in Manchester city centre, easily accessible via train, bus and Metrolink.
