Our client is a leading boutique PR and communications agency who “punch above their weight”, proudly boasting some high-profile accounts.
Due to new account wins and an increased workload from existing clients, the firm now requires a further Account Exec’ to join the team. A PR professional with an English or Social Sciences degree and a minimum 18 months’ post-grad’ experience – agency or clientside – is preferred. The main sector areas you will be working on include social housing, healthcare services and IT/digital/SaaS companies.
First-class written communications skills are of course mandatory, as is a calm, unflustered and highly professional personality and a client-facing disposition. When the ‘heat is on’ and copy has to get out, you need to be able to rise to the challenge and hit targets.
This is a potentially perfect stepping-stone for a journalist, PR or comms professional looking to advance their writing career with an agency or in industry. The role will be office-based (central Manchester) to begin with but WFH is possible further down the line, if preferred.
