At PRMS we operate a freelance/interims ‘roster’ of circa 200 contractors (as at Nov 2021).
We aim to maintain a network of 15-20 experts, across the region, in each marketing discipline.
Of course we don’t claim to get work for everybody all the time. We may not get to speak to some contractors for months at a time. Others we place on contracts regularly. It partly depends on the contractor’s flexibility and their ability to commence a gig at short notice.
As regards daily rates, we usually try to price ourselves competitively. If we are asked to send CVs for an interim/temporary project we will always try to win the contract for our nominated candidate, sometimes by pricing our service competitively, if necessary.
